Unopened, standard items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in original packaging.
Custom-made items (including items with personalized text or custom pet designs) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Email our support team at family@fetchfavor.com with your order number and reason for return.
We'll review your request and send you a return authorization if approved.
Package the item securely and ship it to the address we provide. Standard items only.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days.
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
